BINGHAMTON, N.Y. (WHCU) — There won’t be a strike for UPS workers.
Teamsters and the package delivery company reached a new deal on Tuesday, averting a strike of over 330 thousand employees nationwide. The deal was struck before the contract was set to expire on August 1.
Congressman Marc Molinaro is applauding the decision, saying the US is at its strongest when its workforce is protected.
