Catskill, NY – Yesterday, in a move that will make inflation even worse, President Joe Biden and the Democrats who control Washington canceled $10,000 in student loans.
President Biden did not just forgive the debt for undergraduate degrees, it also applies to those who attended law school, business school, and other graduate degrees.
“Nothing is ever free, and President Joe Biden’s unilateral decision to magically reduce $10,000 in student loans shifts the burden to those who either did not attend college, or those who already paid their loans off is wrong,” said Dutchess County Executive Marc Molinaro. “This is nothing more than a bailout for the elite as rather than helping working-class families in New York, Joe Biden literally reduced the student debt for Josh Riley's fellow Ivy League classmates at Harvard Law.”
