Binghamton, NY -- Congressman Marc Molinaro released the following statement:
"DC Insider Josh Riley is now blatantly lying in TV ads about his open border position. The plain truth is Josh Riley was one of the nation's leading advocates in dismantling Donald Trump's border policies. As a DC Insider, Josh sued in the Supreme Court and Senate to open the border, allowing millions of illegal immigrants to enter the country. Josh can't defend his abysmal record on the border that's why he is hiding in DC from the voters, reporters and dodging debates."
Background:
In DC, Josh Riley is a top legal activist for open borders:
Sued in the Supreme Court to dismantle Trump’s border security policies.
Wrote a bill in the Senate that gives amnesty & benefits to millions of illegal immigrants.
Stood with Harris-Biden on open border policies 100%.
In a June poll, Riley got caught admitting to these positions and tested a message to cover it up.
(Supporting legal filings and legislation authored by Riley available on request).
